4 Weeks Pack or Drop-in
Incorporating simple stretches and breathing exercises into creating art to make it a more mindful experience. Each class will consist of 1 hour of art activities such as mandala drawing, sculpting, and other mediums. In addition to 15 minutes of stretching and breath work for soothing kids to a calm state (like Yoga Nidra before bed). Practicing mindfulness will help students be more present in their art creation! We request that each child please bring their own yoga mat or towel.
