Choose between a Mon or Thu class. Open to adults and children age 10 & up. You will learn the basic crochet stitches, how to read patterns, and make a variety of projects. We will review the basic foundations: the slip knot, chain stitch, and single crochet stitch—the building blocks for all other crochet projects. We will cover how to hold your hook & yarn, check your tension, and read a simple pattern. Crochet takes practice to get the hang of, so this class is best suited for kids (or adults) who are patient and okay with making mistakes. At the end of the session, you will have a completed project, and the skills to tackle your next project, like a scarf or hat. If you would like to take the class, as a parent plus child (or children) you will get 10% off the parent’s price!
