COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Safety Protocols for Entering the Studio & Indoor Classes:

 

We have cleaning and preparing the studio to create a safe, organized and creative space. These protocols have been carefully considered for the health and safety of our students, teachers, and staff. 

Please note Safety protocols and requirements may be adjusted as the transmission of COVID varies over time and official CDC and NJ Department of Health safety guidelines change.

 

Please do not send your child to class nor enter the studio if:

 

• They have tested positive (viral test) for COVID-19. 

• They are awaiting test results (even if there has been a negative rapid test). 

• Someone in your household is being tested for COVID-19 due to illness or has COVID-like symptoms (they may return if test results are negative).

• They are exhibiting any COVID-19 compatible symptoms (please review these symptoms here: CDC) 

• Close contact has occurred with a person with COVID-19 in the past 7 days. 

• They have traveled to an area with high levels of COVID-19 transmission in the past 7 days.

Please also note that:

 

A mask must be worn by all people who enter the studio, and it must remain on for the duration of indoor class.

 

Social distancing will be followed  -  all students/families will be seated distanced from each other

 

It is recommended that each person wash hands immediately upon entering the studio; we will also have hand sanitizer available at the entrance.

 

The studio will be frequently disinfected, including during and between classes. High touch areas, such as the bathroom and communal supplies will be wiped down regularly by our staff.

 

We will encourage frequent hand washing during class.

 

Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

 

Temperature checks/brief health & safety screening upon arrival to indoor classes.
