My daughter recently had her 8th birthday party at Heart of Art and she had a blast! Her friends also had so much fun from beginning to end. I loved how the girls sketched and painted their own drawing and could take it home as a souvenir! The glow aspect was the selling point, such a neat idea and very different from your typical party! The party games and music/dancing were also a hit! And in addition to the actual party, what was very impressive was how Saima, the owner, made the entire planning process, from beginning to end, super easy and smooth! Her communication regarding party details was very responsive and timely and all the info regarding pricing/final payment was very clear. She was open to ideas and was super accommodating. She had all the small details figured out in order to allow the party to run very smoothly. She made the entire process very simple and straightforward which is every parent’s dream when planning a party for kids! Thank you and we hope to be back!

My son has taken weekly classes at the Heart of Art studio for a few years now. He loves his teacher, Saima, who is a very talented, knowledgeable instructor. She creates a fun, creative and open atmosphere that the children love and my son really responds to. He tends to complain about some of the other activities he’s signed up for, but never his weekly art class! We’ve seen tremendous growth in his artistic talents during his time at the studio. Saima is always giving him new challenges to keep his interest and grow his abilities. We’ll have the Glow in the Dark hall setup with birthday decor & projection lights! Call us to choose a theme from our age appropriate pictures for the children to paint. (Or you may request a theme on the registration form.) Whatever theme you choose, kids are amazed at the brilliant glowing paints, & feel so accomplished as they finish their paintings! The fun continues as we play classic games - like Musical Chairs, Limbo or Freeze Dance/Keepie Uppie in our “Cool Kidz Club” atmosphere of lights and music! And lastly, we sing, “Happy Birthday” as your child blows out the candles, and we serve the cake/cupcakes at their seats. Before the guests leave, we organize a group picture by our balloon arch. A picture-perfect ending!

*The theme is what image your child would like to paint for the party. The options are endless (Mermaids, Pets, Sports…)

Our legal capacity for the hall is limited to 45 occupants, we request that you please keep that in mind when inviting parents, as space gets too tight for the kids to enjoy their games & dancing. Drop off is suggested, whenever possible.

The final headcount is due 3 days before the party. If there are “no shows” we will not charge you for one no show, however you will be charged for any more than one no shows due to the work we do prior to the party for each child’s place setting.

Parties are strongly recommended for children 6 and older, as younger children have shorter attention and less dexterity making it difficult for them to trace and paint. If young children will be in attendance during an older child’s birthday party, they may participate with the help of an adult or we can provide a blank canvas for them to paint on.

Birthday Celebration! We sing Happy Birthday & take family pictures at the cake table. We serve the kids at their seats

The kids take a group picture with their dry paintings. The birthday child passes out goodie bags (if you choose to bring them) or thanks their friends for coming
