Kids’ Glow Parties!
A celebration your child will adore! We’ll have the Glow in the Dark hall setup with birthday decor & projection lights! Call us to choose a theme from our age appropriate pictures for the children to paint. (Or you may request a theme on the registration form.) Whatever theme you choose, kids are amazed at the brilliant glowing paints, & feel so accomplished as they finish their paintings! The fun continues as we play classic games - like Musical Chairs, Limbo or Freeze Dance/Keepie Uppie in our “Cool Kidz Club” atmosphere of lights and music! And lastly, we sing, “Happy Birthday” as your child blows out the candles, and we serve the cake/cupcakes at their seats. Before the guests leave, we organize a group picture by our balloon arch. A picture-perfect ending!
Timeline: 1 Hour & 30 Minutes
First 15 Minutes: Birthday child “meets & greets” friends, the kids find their seats, & we serve them their snacks or pizza (if you choose to order that). We serve food first in case a guest comes late, they dont miss any of the painting activity, plus kids’ hands are clean before painting.
35 Minutes: We give instructions and walk around to assist kids during the painting activity.
20 Minutes: When 4 children have finished painting, we start to play games - Musical Chairs, Limbo, Keepie Uppie/Freeze Dance, or Pass the Potato. The birthday child decides what games will be played in the allotted time. (a half hour may be added for $50)
15 Minutes: Birthday Celebration! We sing Happy Birthday & take family pictures at the cake table. We serve the kids at their seats.
Last 5 Minutes: We direct the kids to take their now dry paintings and stand under the balloon arch. The birthday child is seated in the center. We take one group picture with lights on and one w lights off.
90 Minute Party Time — A 1/2 Hour May Be Added for $50
Pizza from our local Pizzeria and Fresh Fruit is required to be purchased through us, all other finger foods you may bring from outside.

Pricing - 10 Children Minimum to Run a Party
Birthday Child Turning 10 & Up - $30 per Child Painting
Birthday Child Turning 7, 8 or 9 - $35 per Child Painting
Birthday Child Turning 5 or 6 - $40 per Child Painting
*If there are very young children that will be in attendance during an older child’s birthday party, we request that you let us know so that we may make appropriate arrangements.
The final count is due 3 days before the party. If there are “no shows” we will not charge you for one no show, however you will be charged for any more than one no shows due to the work we do prior to the party for each child’s place setting.
We can seat 24 children comfortably. If you need to add a couple more seats, please ask. We can squeeze in a few more seats.
Our legal capacity for the hall is limited to 45 occupants, we request that you please keep that in mind when inviting parents, as space gets too tight for the kids to enjoy their games & dancing. Drop off is suggested, whenever possible.
Party is 1 hour and 1/2 long.
Additional 30 minutes may be purchased for $50.
A Live DJ may be added-on for $250, which automatically adds an hour to the party.

Crystal Glow Lamps may be purchased for your party favors. They go beautifully with the “Glow Party Theme.”
They are $7 each & come boxed.
