About The Event

Ages 8 - Adult

Have you ever done meditation with art? Art, in general, is therapeutic for the soul. Some art is especially meditative, such as mandala painting, which promotes healing by centering your mind & body. In this workshop, you will learn the foundations of meditation and how to make a beautiful, one of a kind mandala rock! All supplies are included, but you are welcome to bring your own art supplies and rocks/shells that are special to you!
